ダークモルトを最小限に抑え、バーレイワインのような設計で仕込み、最後にローストモルトを加えるというHorusらしいアプローチから生まれた一本。
それを、名門蒸溜所のプレミアムバーボン樽やライウイスキー樽といった稀少樽で、約2年半〜3年半熟成させたスタウトをブレンド。

そこに、トーストココナッツ🥥、マダガスカルバニラ🇲🇬、ヘーゼルナッツ🌰をはじめ、ココナッツ、バニラ、カカオ、コーヒーなどの副原料をこれでもかと重ねた、まさに Fully Loaded（全部乗せ）。
ファーストアタックはうっとりする濃厚なココナッツ🥥パンチ🤜🤭 からのチョコレートやキャラメルの甘み、ふわっと薫るエスプレッソのようなコーヒー感。
そこにバーボン樽由来のバニラやオークのニュアンスが重なり、奥行きのあるリッチで複雑な味わいに。

Horus is known for producing some of the best pastry stouts in the world, and this collaboration was inspired by their signature brewing techniques. Their approach involves using minimal dark malts, almost treating the beer like a barleywine, with just a touch of roasted malt at the very end of a long boil. This beer is designed to be rich and intense, loaded with adjuncts to create a thick, decadent drinking experience. Expect a beer that sits at the farthest end of the pastry spectrum, pushing the boundaries of indulgence.
